EMS Summit 2011 Conference Fees Worksheet
Save when you register before January 15, 2012!

Cancellation Policy:  If you have made payment and are unable to attend, a 50% refund will be  issued if requested in writing by January 25, 2012.  No refunds will be allowed after this  date - no exceptions!  Tuition may be transferred to another individual for a $20 processing fee.
Please note:  Sessions have been submitted to Michigan Department of Community Health for EMS CE approval.  CE categories are subject to change upon approval.  Changes to speakers and/or topics will be made only in extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the conference organizers.
